The work
Private change work for founders.
For founders who already know what needs to happen, and keep hesitating, forcing it, or watching the same problem come back in different clothes.
Not advice. Not therapy. Not mindset hype.
This is deeper work with the beliefs, identity patterns, emotional rules, and internal responses shaping how you lead, decide, relate, sell, and live.
The container
How the work runs.
We work together twice a month, in private sessions of 90 minutes to two hours. Enough depth to work properly, and enough space between sessions for real life to show us what is changing. We agree the shape of the engagement on the call, once I know what you are actually dealing with.
01
We uncover what is running
We look beneath the surface problem and identify the internal rule, belief, identity pattern, or emotional response creating the friction.
02
We update the old pattern
We work directly with the layer creating the response, so you are not just intellectually understanding yourself while still behaving the same way under pressure.
03
We test it
We bring the original situation back into view and check what has actually changed. The proof is whether the old situation feels different, and whether you go and do the thing you were avoiding.
04
Real life is the feedback loop
Your business, relationships, decisions, leadership, sales, and emotional responses show us where the next piece of work is.
We start with the issue creating the most friction right now — not a theoretical development goal. This is private, custom work. No generic curriculum.
Where this sits
Next to the other things you could do.
Each of these is the right answer to a different question. None of them is built for the case where you already know the answer and still don't move. That is the gap this works in.
A business coach
Gives you the plan. That is the right answer when you don't know what to do. You already know.
An executive coach
Works on how you lead, largely through reflection and insight, on the assumption that understanding leads to change. Yours is the case where it didn't.
Accountability
Borrows pressure to get the thing done once. It works. It just doesn't transfer, so the next thing needs it too.
Therapy
Goes toward understanding and healing, often open-ended and oriented to the past. Legitimate, and a different job.
If you have already done work like this and nothing changed: you didn’t fail at that work and it didn’t fail you. It was aimed at understanding, and you understand yourself very well. Understanding was never the thing that was missing.
Fit
This work is not for every founder.
It is for the founder with enough evidence they can build, and enough honesty to see that the next level may require a different way of operating.
This is likely for you if
- You have paying customers, real operating responsibility, and can feel yourself becoming the constraint.
- You are capable, high-agency, and tired of forcing yourself through everything.
- You are serious about business, while recognising the next constraint is not only tactical.
- You want change you can point at.
- You want to grow without losing your health, relationships, freedom, or sense of self.
- You want to become more yourself and more effective at the same time.
This is probably not for you if
- You are pre-traction and want someone to tell you what business to start.
- You want the change to happen to you, without participating in it.
- You only want business advice.
- You want motivation, magic, or manifestation without action.
- You want to debate whether this works rather than test it against something real.
- You want the problem to be entirely external.
No pressure
Love it or leave it.
Whatever we agree on the call, the first month is love it or leave it. After your first two sessions you will have experienced the work properly and you can judge it on that. If either of us thinks it is not right, we stop there and you owe nothing further. No awkwardness. No convincing.
The diagnostic call is free and lasts 30 minutes.
