It’s a private, structured conversation designed to identify and update the unconscious rules that drive your patterns under pressure. When those rules change, your behaviour often changes automatically — without willpower, homework, or “trying harder.”
-
Common themes include: overwhelm, avoidance, procrastination, conflict patterns, people-pleasing, indecision, inconsistent execution, perfectionism, visibility discomfort, and repeating team or leadership dynamics.
But the presenting issue is often broader than the business. Leaders also bring: the sense that they're not quite good enough for the role they're in (despite evidence to the contrary); the relationship at home that's taken a back seat for too long; the body that's stopped being a priority; the identity question of who they are outside the title. These things aren't separate from the work — they're often the same internal system under pressure in a different context. We work on what's most alive for you.
-
Not in the typical sense. I don’t provide advice, strategies, or accountability plans. Most leaders already know what to do. This work focuses on removing the internal friction that stops you from doing it consistently (or makes execution feel heavy).
-
No. Therapy often focuses on understanding, reflection, and healing over time. This work is outcome-oriented and aimed at creating change now, using past experiences only when needed to remove what’s in the way.
(If you’re in acute mental health distress or need clinical support, a licensed professional is the right place to start.) -
If you’ve tried “more discipline,” more planning, more mindset content, or more strategy — and the same pattern still shows up — that’s usually a sign there’s an underlying rule stabilising the problem. You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

My core offer is 1:1 with leaders. If a team situation is the issue, we work through it by updating the leader’s internal drivers first — because that typically changes how the whole system runs. We can discuss ways I can work with your team.
-
Sessions are 90–120 minutes.
-
It depends. Some people experience meaningful shifts after one session. Others use a small number of sessions over time as different layers reveal themselves — especially when the stakes are high and patterns are deeply entrenched.
-
No. But in my experience, when the real driver is updated, something changes. The change isn’t always linear or immediately public, but it tends to be real.
-
The time frame varies for each individual, but many clients experience significant shifts after the first session. Some changes naturally take a longer time. Our goal is to facilitate rapid yet lasting change by addressing the root causes of your challenges.
-
Nothing formal. Come with one pattern or outcome that matters to you — something that keeps showing up despite your best efforts to address it. It doesn't have to be business-only. Sometimes the thing that's most in the way is happening at home, or in your relationship with yourself. We'll work with whatever is most live.
