Terms of service.

I am Krit Sharma, a sole trader (ABN 28 295 172 030) based in New South Wales, Australia. “I” and “me” mean Krit Sharma. “You” means the person using this site or applying.

This work is private change work for founders. It is not therapy, not counselling, not psychological or psychiatric treatment, not a mental health service, and not medical advice. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

It is not a substitute for care from a qualified health practitioner. If you are under the care of a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or therapist, this work does not replace it and you should continue that care. Nothing I say should be treated as a diagnosis, and I will not tell you to stop taking prescribed medication or to end treatment.

If you are in crisis, or at risk of harming yourself or someone else, do not use this website or email to ask for help. It is not monitored, and I may not see your message for days.

If, during our work, I come to believe this is not the right level of support for what you are carrying, I will say so and stop. That is not a judgement about you. It is the responsible thing to do.

Submitting an application is not an offer, and it does not oblige either of us to anything. I read every application and decide whether to invite you to a free 30-minute private diagnostic call. I may decline, and I do not have to give a reason.

The diagnostic call is free and carries no obligation on either side. It is a conversation to identify the pattern underneath one real situation, and to see whether the work fits. It is not a strategy session, and it is not a sales call in disguise — if I do not think this is right for you, I will tell you.

Please give truthful information in your application. It is the only thing I have to go on.

This work depends on your participation, your honesty, and factors neither of us controls. I do not promise any particular result — commercial, personal, emotional, or otherwise — and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise. Anything said about what typically changes describes past experience, not a prediction about you.

If we agree to work together, the engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement covering scope, cadence, fees, payment terms, and cancellation. Fees are agreed in writing before any paid work begins. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell at a particular price.

Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement wins.

What you tell me in your application, on the call, and in our sessions is confidential. I will not share it, publish it, or use it as an example without your written permission.

There are two exceptions, and they are narrow:

• Where I reasonably believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or to another person.
• Where the law requires me to disclose it.

I ask the same of you: please keep the content of our work between us. How I work is my own, and I share it in confidence.

This change work is independent and confidential. It is separate from any corporate advisory or private equity activity I am involved in, creates no advisory or investment relationship between us, and must not be relied on as advice about any transaction, investment, or business decision.

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, submit applications by automated means, scrape it, or use it to send unsolicited or unlawful material. I limit how often the application can be submitted, and I may block access that appears abusive.

The text, design, and structure of this site are mine, and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to read, print, and share links to it. Please do not copy it for commercial use.

I do not promise the site will always be available or error-free. It relies on third-party services — hosting, email delivery, and domain name providers — and where it links to websites I do not control, I am not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where my liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited — at my option — to supplying the services again, or paying the cost of having them supplied again. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or business interruption arising from this website or the work.

How I handle your personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

I may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site or apply is the version that applies. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and I submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
