The Transformation Process

  1. Outcomes- Clarify the outcomes you want. Find out the hidden outcomes behind what you want and reveal the hidden outcomes you are reaching, that some part of you has deemed even more important.

  2. Unwanted Experience- The patterns that are currently running in your life are there for a very very important reason. Appreciating these reasons instead of pushing against them unblocks the flow to what you want. Resisting and pushing against them causes clients to get even more stuck.

  3. Ecology- Any change in one are of your life will have consequences in other areas of your life. Sometimes these are real consequences, other times they are merely an illusion.

  4. Rewire and Reprogram- We rewire and reprogram the outdated patterns of behaviours, beliefs and identities that keep you stuck. After installing the new patterns, the outcomes you want flow to you naturally.

  • Seeking Quick Fixes- Yes, some changes will be super fast, but there are outcomes which take some time and multiple steps.

  • Reluctant to Take Ownership- I am here as a guide to help you along the path. The responsibility for your own actions lie with you.

  • Engaging Coaching for External Expectations- Coming to coaching solely to satisfy external expectations (Co-founder, investor, etc) would be unproductive.

What Do You Need?

  • Working computer with a webcam and microphone.

  • Video conferencing software. Eg Zoom.

  • A well lit, quiet place you can speak freely without interruptions.
